Archimedes Screws

Manufacturing these screws which are used to achieve level winding of the rope or wire onto a winch drum is not the sort of job we do on a regular basis, but we do get a call to make them probably two or three times a year.
This particular job was for the manufacture of six screws out of 316 Stainless steel material, two at 1.8m long by 125mm diameter and 4 at 1.8m by 100mm diameter. The job was completed on time and within budget and client expressed his satisfaction of the quality and on time delivery of the screws.
