Queensland Precision Machining and Manufacturing

Thanks to our range of modern manufacturing capabilities, many of our customers are realising that we can produce precision engineered parts and components with very competitive lead times and prices.

We have recently commissioned our first cylindrical grinder in our Cairns workshop, capable of grinding to diameters within 0.0001” or 0.0025mm of the specified diameter.

We are now manufacturing and stocking a large range of splined bore taper lock hubs.

The latest addition to our Cairns workshop’s precision engineering capabilities is a Sunnen MBB-1660 small hole hone, with a diameter range of 0.0600 to 6.5000in (1.5 to 165mm)
