Our Service workshop is fitted out with an extensive range of machinery and specialist equipment to enable us to service and repair practically any hydraulic component.

Major Plant, Machining and General Engineering

Some of the major plant installed in our service facility includes;

• Mazak 350M CNC Mill/turn Lathe for intricate profile and repetition turning.
• Mazak VTC 30-SR CNC 5 Axis Vertical Machining Centre, 3m bed.
• Four Centre Lathes to 1080 mm diameter swing by 5 meters between centers.
• Two Horizontal and vertical milling machines.
• Sodick VL 600QH EDM Wire cut machine, “X” 600mm, “Y” 400mm, “Z” 500mm.
• Surface grinding. 600mm x 300mm table.
• Cylindrical grinding, 250mm diameter x 680mm long.  Tolerances to 0.0002″
• Small hole honing capability from 1.6mm to 50mm diameter, including blind holes.
• 100 Ton press.
• Drilling machines to 50mm capacity.
• Fully Auto NC Band saw to 400mm capacity.
• Tube and pipe bending machines to 42mm capacity.
• Complete range of hand tooling for all general engineering work including broaches for key cutting.
• All measuring equipment is calibrated to NATA traceable standards annually.
• Welding, Mig, Tig, AC and DC electrode machines to 500 AMP, including welding rotators.
• Full range of hand held and machine gas cutting equipment, carbon arc gouging, plasma cutting and thermal lancing.
