Perrott Engineering Pty Ltd has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited to the following Quality Management System Standards:
AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015

Since we first started in business back in 1974, we have realised the need for systems and procedures to be put into place to operate the business efficiently and professionally.
Over the years, we have continued to implement new systems and refine the old in the never ending pursuit of business stability, customer service, employee quality and satisfaction and finally, profitability. Without all of these factors coming together, we don’t have a successful business.

Our original certification was achieved in 2012 without too much disruption, as we already had the solid foundations of our own in house quality system in place. We have worked with Lloyds Register since that time to achieve continuous improvement in our operating policies and procedures and our Management and Staff accept the need for and benefits of a Quality Management System.
In August, 2018, we achieved Certification under the new ISO 9001:2015 Standard and are one of the few hydraulic service and precision engineering businesses in our industry to have done so. 
However, we do not rest on our laurels and believe that this achievement is the answer to everything, but rather we regard it as one more tool in our quest to provide excellence in customer service and quality of workmanship.
